Chuck Seaton

Founder and Board President of R Place

Chuck Seaton has spent much of his life serving others through ministry, leadership, and community involvement. As a founding member and Chairman of the Board of R Place, his greatest desire is to see women experience lasting freedom from addiction through the transforming love of Jesus Christ. He believes that true recovery is found not only in sobriety but in a restored relationship with God and a renewed sense of purpose.

Chuck's heart for this ministry has been shaped through serving women in recovery. He previously volunteered with a local women's recovery home and served on its board, gaining firsthand experience in the challenges women face as they rebuild their lives. Those experiences deepened his conviction that every woman deserves hope, dignity, and the opportunity to discover the life God created her to live.

Together, Chuck and his wife have faithfully served in ministry for many years. As children's ministers at their church, they opened their hearts to inner-city children by providing transportation to church, investing in their lives, and building meaningful relationships with their families—many of which continue to this day. Their ministry has always been centered on loving people where they are and pointing them to Christ.

Professionally, Chuck serves as the Director of the Ozark Mountain Solid Waste District and Environmental Officer for a five-county region. He is also a successful business owner, bringing years of leadership, stewardship, and organizational experience to the ministry.

Whether serving in his community, leading in the workplace, or helping guide the vision of R Place, Chuck is driven by one calling: to glorify God by helping others discover the hope, healing, and new life that are found in Jesus Christ.
