R Place offers businesses an opportunity to directly support transformational recovery while helping women rebuild productive, healthy, and independent lives.
R Place operates a three-phase residential recovery program that focuses on accountability, sobriety, spiritual development, emotional healing, life skills, and workforce preparation.
Phase 1 – Stabilization & Foundations: Residents establish sobriety, accountability, healthy routines, and personal stability.
Phase 2 – Discipleship & Inner Restoration: Women develop deeper spiritual growth, emotional healing, life management skills, employment, and prepare for successful independent living.
Phase 3 – Continued Life and Career Skills & Re-entry: Residents prepare for remote schooling in the career of their choice, on-campus housing, employment, independent living, healthy relationships, and long-term success.
Every partnership helps provide safe housing, recovery resources, mentorship, transportation, employment readiness, and essential life-skills training for women seeking lasting transformation.
